Koolfe® operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Koolfe® is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Koolfe® reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Purchases made through our consumer storefront are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. All standard stick flavors (Pistachio, Kesar Malai, Chikoo, Mango, Rose Almond, Dates, Tender Coconut) are priced at KWD 0.225 unless promotional pricing applies. Specialized items such as Matka Kulfi are priced upon sales inquiry. Posted prices on our website may differ from wholesale or B2B pricing sheets.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Perishable food products require temperature-controlled handling. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by external carriers or unforeseen circumstances. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services—including all trademarks (including Koolfe®), content, logos, images, recipe descriptions, product photos, graphics, and design—are owned by Royal Kulfi for food preparation company or its licensors and are protected by applicable local and international intellectual property laws.

We may provide access to optional third-party tools or hyperlinks to third-party websites. Your use of optional third-party tools or external sites is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Koolfe® is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Royal Kulfi for food preparation company.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROYAL KULFI FOR FOOD PREPARATION COMPANY, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
